[INGREDIENTS] To make the dough (AATA/WHEAT): 1 Cup wheat 1/2 Tsp Sugar 1/2 packet eno 4-5 Tbsp Curd/Yogurt/Dahi Salt to taste Oil - 1 tsp (if using baking powder ( 1/2 tsp) + baking soda (2 pinch) ) To make the dough (MAIDA/ ALL PURPOSE FLOUR) All Purpose Flour - 1 cup Salt - 1 tsp Sugar -1/2 tsp Eno - 1/2 packet (If using Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp, Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp) Curd/Yogurt/Dahi - 4-5 tbsp Oil - 1 tsp To make Pizza Sauce: 4-5 Small cloves of garlic (grated) 6-7 Tomato ketup 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder 1 Tbsp Oregano/ 1 tbsp mixed herbs 1 tsp Chilli Flakes Salt to taste For Topping: - sweetcorn - onion - capsicum - tomato - chilli flakes - oregano/ mixed herbs For white sauce - 2 tbsp butter - 2 tbsp Maida/ aata (All purpose flour/ Wheat flour) - milk - salt - black pepper Process For pizza dough - In a large mixing bowl, add all purpose flour/ wheat flour, (baking powder and baking soda / eno), salt and curd. - Add curd as required and make soft dough. Knead for about 5-6 minutes until the dough turns very soft but not sticky. - Cover and set this aside for about half an hour. For sauce - Add grated garlic in a small bowl. - Add tomato ketup, salt to taste and mix well. - Add oregano/ mixed herbs, chilli flakes mix well For Making pizza - Divided the dough into 2 parts. - Grease a plate with refined oil and then spread the dough with the help of your fingers, make sure you keep the edges thick. - Make holes on the base with a fork. - Add pizza sauce and spread it till the edges. - Add white sauce and spread well. - Spread the toppings and sprinkle some oregano/mixed herbs and chilli flakes. - Sprinkle some more white on top. - Heat a Kadai filled with sand or salt (optional) and a stand and pre heat on high flame for 10 minutes. - Put the pizza to bake in the kadai for 10 minutes on high-medium flame. - Remove and drizzle some oregano/ mixed herbs and chilli flakes. - Cut it and serve it hot.
